I am sure we all have some method that we use to map out our call flows from tollfree down to queue. I've always used a combination of a homemade excel file with Visio to give myself a quick reference as to what number ends up where and through what applications/cdns/vdns/skills/etc.
Does anyone here have any methods or thoughts they want to share? Anyone here use a different program to help map out call flows?
