At a lost for login/logout report history  [8/4/2008 21:12:16]

I am at a bit of a loss.

I have two switches, one CMS, for both switches we are capturing 31 days of intrahour data, this enables us to pull login/logout reports for our agents for up to 31 days.

On one of the switches though we can pull it for 93 days.

Anyone have any clue about this? Both are clearly configured to store only 31 days of intrahour.

I notice in the allocation table we have a set amount of "login/logout" *EDIT* figured this section out...though I am still not certain that it has precedence over the intrahour data...which is required to generate a login/logout report? yes?

In addition does anyone have any concise documents about data storage for these systems? edit again
Maybe I am totally off in my assumption that intrahour data is required for login/logout reports....it seems I can not adjust it further than 62 days yet I am capturing 93 days... It can't just be the "Number of agent login/logout records" though as the days would change then dependant on how many people logged in....
