I think if you are moving toward the predictive dialler solution you should initially approach one of those vendors: Amcat (Manchester), Touchstar (Manchester) I have direct experience of working with Amcat as a consultant and can recommend their product, I use it in my 15 seat contact centre to great effect now.
Approaching these companies will allow you to look at what options are available and what a realistic breakdown of costs will be. |
