Hi am new here but am in urgent need of help.
We have a machine with Aspect(davox) RPM dashboard for dialler control and LYRIcall installed.
A user has been using this machine and progs without any problems for some time. Unfortunately this user is now leaving the company and I have to take over from him.
I have loged in to the machine and created a user account.
The same software is installed under my user and I have full admin access.
I CAN login and use the RPM software without any problem, however when i use the same login for LYRIcall i get a version control error.
I have looked at the log file and it shows that login under my details is successful but then when it does version control checks it errors, referring to a couple of components.
This is puzzling myself and original user. We have contacted Aspect but as usual they are no help, only saying that we may need to reinstall.
I believe the problem may be down to user settings, but cannot see where.
The original user can log in to windows under his name and all works fine, but when the same is done with my windows login i (and original user) get the version control error. It may be another couple of days before we can get the backup discs for re-installation but I currently only have 2 days to get access and learn how it works (the HTML and Java are not a problem due to previous experience).
Please help all advice welcomed.
