Call Centre in Cape Town,South Africa [4/12/2007 23:52:45]
Recently been approached to start a call centre business in South Africa.Being South African thought it would be a great idea,one problem.Dont have a clue on where to start! Any ideas? Currently based in Wales. Thanks

Tanya That's a bit close to advertising.. One would have assumed that a sponsor would have some kind of a clientbase in mind or at least a demand analysis. Regards DaveA

Thanks Dave,but i am looking for is a company looking to outsource to Cape Town! Being sales or inbound. Do i just cold call companies,any ideas?

There are many different ways that you can generate business, cold calling is one of them. I had thought that whomever approached you to start it would have a good idea of a client base. This site is not here to generate leads for your business.
