Which is better voice or chat campaign?  [19/11/2007 15:09:22]

Hi Guys!

Would you rather go for a voice campaign or chat and email campaign when providing support for a customer? Do you think voice campaign is much better then email and chat support?

incoming or outgoing campaign? Will customers be contacting you or is the campaign one of contacting the public?
