	Hi all Basically I am looking to start a call center in East Africa. I need information about call centers, the cost, how it works, the software needed. This only a thought, I don't have any potential clients, I just require some concrete information that will guide me as to how to start up a call center. I have no idea where to begin, would appreciate any information. thanks T
