Home workers on the Avaya Proactive dialler.   [18/10/2007 11:49:32]

Has any one set up home workers on the Avaya proactive dialler? what extra technology is required and did it cause any unforseen problems?

Home workers on the Avaya Proactive dialler  [18/10/2007 17:22:28]

Hi Kevin

You can have homeworkers on proactive contact, using a VPN hardphone or softphone, the only extra equipment involved would be the end point. There is going to be a cost of a phone call to the agents home as the line is always in use whilst the agent is logged into the dialler, however, You could avoid the cost of a call by programing the dialer to route the calls via the switch over IP to the homeagent?

I dont know of any issues with this type of solution.

I hope this is helpful.
