Which Wallboard/desk view with Aspect Epro?   [16/10/2007 11:17:14]

We have recently implemented Aspect Epro in our call centre. I was wondering if anyone could offer some tips as regards to wallboards or desk views that go along well with Aspect.

Epro Wallboards  [24/10/2007 20:15:02]

I sold Epro for a couple years and that was always a hard one. Usually your leading vendors like Symon will have a list of supported systems on their web site. Many companies just take the real-time displays and throw up to a large flatscreen monitor on the wall. However Epro real-time displays are not as user friendly as many.

If your center is really busy, you may want to consider not using a wallboard. Many clients I have don't use them because it can be a negative motivator if there are always calls in queue, wall boards flashing; agents feel like they can't ever get ahead.

Good luck, sorry I couldn't elp more
