I've got a question for people who use Aspect wfm, i have a problem when i try to add new report for ACD data group association. In the Data Capture / Data Groups / in Detail tab i add my ACD source , and for Association when i try to add it gives me 2 predefined reports APPLICATN-TCSDATA and SKILLSET-SGDATA, do you know how i can add other reports there?
