Hi, how is it that we can have the time zone checks on the cell phone numbers. Currently we are dialing only Home, Business & other numbers and excluding cell numbers due to this reason. The issue here is that the customer can carry the cell phones to any time zone and the dialer would make the calls irrespective of this. Would this be treated as a compliance issue?
