Good morning. I am in the process of developing a contact centre within my organisation. We have hit some telephony issues with our Mitel2000. We seem to have exhausted our agent groups. We are thinking of using an outsourcing company called Intelecom, formally Consorte. Does anyone know of any alternative?

If you're planning to use them as an outsourcer then there's hundreds of alternatives - hopefully you won't get too bombarded by them.

The key thing with outsourcers is the performance targets that you build into the contracts. Too often people pick Metrics that don't offer the best long-term gains for customer service.
