hi ,

Am new to this thread anywy am raj from coimbatore, south india.
i hav a plan to start call centre on outbond process, pls let me knw which campaign is best to dial for US , and i plan to dial with new agents so which campign wil workout for me?
some of my frnds give me two option, one is US pharmacy and another is US grants, my doubt is , can inexperinence perosn can do better?

Iman here of Technocall. Pharma on line was my first center campaign and I got burned big time after paying the broker, Training Fees, all expense paid for the Trainor, paid for expensive leads, only to found out after background check that the US client is not an accredited pharma on line by the National Association of Board of Pharmacy (www.nabp.com). Good thing I just ran it for 5 days. Lessons learned? Due diligence and background check including help from network of friends in the industry such as callcentervoice.

actualy a call center frm my place givn these campaign to me and he said that for a month he and his team wil get training without a payment ,, and i ned to gve pay only for my agents and not for others na,,,
and if this is problem , tel me which campaign will good for freshers, can u pls? and tell me how to contact direct client for a campaign,,,

If you don't pay anything, the more be careful. Nothing is free in this world (no free lunch). There will always be a catch. If your center is based in India, you should tap your local call center industry association to get more info about certain campaigns, brokers and/or non-paying clients. My current campaign right now is good paying one as I did a thorough check on the background of the client owner and its broker.

Hi Iman,

This is Pradeep. I work for a call center in India (Chennai). Currently we are running fairly large campaign for UK with 200 seats for utility switching. Having the same number of seats during non calling hours for UK, but not fully occupied is the biggest concern for us as of now.

I am exploring the possibilities of becoming an affiliate to call centers and take their overflows or the work which they want to outsource. Do you think it would be a good idea? And if it is would you be able to help in any way.
