Aspect Licence  [13/7/2007 12:03:39]

Hello,

I've got a question regarding Aspect Workforce Management. We've got version 6.4 from Aspect and we want to upgrade to 7.1, do someone know what is the policy regarding user licence? In this moment we've got licence for 600 employees but it's work fine with over 1000 employees, what is that licence is multiuser licence or what? In the case of the upgrade we need to buy more licence for users? Does anyone has encounterd this problem before?

Thanks you,
Vali

Hi Virdol,

You should have a licence for each agent you want to include in eWFM. Even though the system does not block you adding more agents than you have licences for, Aspect does carry out regular checks to check the number of active agents in the system.

When upgrading, you should ensure the hardware requirements are calcualted for the actual number of agents you will be storing in eWFM as otherwise you might notice some performance issues.

I hope this is of help, but please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions.

Regards
