I'm breaking the rules a bit, but hopefully you'll all forgive me.

A friend of mine is looking for work. She's an excellent trainer with experience in financial and customer service call centres. She has good qualifications (CiTP, Certificate Financial Planning, Certificate in Investment Administration, NVQ Training and Development, Blended Learning).
