Agent-wise Accountability!!  [23/2/2007 07:40:04]

Greetings,

Would like to know if there is a possibility of speicific records in the Leadfile going to specific agents only, on Aspect Ensemble Pro 5.2

Also, our Process demands this option, as the Operations team / Client believes that Agent-wise accountability would give them better results.

e.g. We receive the leadfiles on a daily basis (say 1 to 30 in a month). How do I assign 100 records from leadfiles 1,10,15,25,30 to an Agent "A". And, assign another set of 100 records from leadfiles 1,10,15,25,30 to another Agent "B". Have tried my level best to incorporate this on E-Pro 5.2 but in vain. Your suggestions will be of great help!

I can't assist with your technical query, but I note you said that:

Why do they think that?

I would tend to disagree.

If you hope to have efficient outbound dialling, then you won't be able to do what you describe.

Part of fundamental predictive dialer logic is that a call that's presently being dialled for agent "A" may end up going to agent "B" if they become available first.
