Agent Wise Abandonded Calls  [13/10/2006 20:16:26]

I have a created a split report for AHT which gives data agentwise data for calls answered, Acd Time and different Auxes. As i have taken the dsplit table, i have the benefit of choosing abandonded calls.

This is my Doubt, i have chosen the abandonded calls into my report, however the calls abandonded shows against agents, which ideally should not happen, as call don't get abandonded by agents. As the query is grouped by LOGID and SPLIT the abdnd calls throw up against agent names.

Any suggestions ?
