Avaya - Avg agents available - Interval wise  [24/8/2006 14:10:17]

Any way to pull out the number of agents (avg number) on phone for a given day (interval wise). This is required for split skills

Avg Pos Staffed gives total agents (incl those on AUX). I need to look at actual available which I'm unablt to find in std reports
