Any dialler manager experts with advice for an undergrad?  [20/7/2006 12:31:56]

Hi Everyone!

I'm new to the forum, and here's my first post!

I'm about to hit the final year at Uni, and therefore putting serious consideration into my final year project. Call centre management particularly interests me, and I highly doubt anyone else on my course will be researching this topic.

I have a technical side which is encouraging me to put a focus on dialler / dialer management. I’m studying business systems/information management, so this should tie in nicely.

I doubt anyone will find time in there schedule to arrange an on-site visit (I'm in Newcastle), but I'd be very interested in hearing some accounts of the day-to-day activities of a dialler manager and any interesting tales of the problems that face dialler managers in my area (or anywhere else for that matter).

If anyone has the time to detail their progression into a Dialler Manager role, that would also be fantastic!

Any input is much appreciated

Thanks

NC

hey Nick  [20/7/2006 15:36:35]

While I can't help you (In Canada and a non-dialer location) I wish you the best of luck with your studies and job. Sounds interesting.
