Hello,
I am a student doing a Masters in Human Resource Management and I am looking into a topic for my dissertation. I am interested in looking at the call centres with respect to issues such as: motivation/absenteeism/turnover. I would be grateful for any any suggestions or comments into these issues.

Welcome to 'Voice. I have moved your topic to the Q&A forum as I don't really think this was meant for the advertising forum. Do a search on various keywords to get some ideas for topics, and also check outsome of the static resources on this site.
