Avaya Campaign Monitor - Question  [31/10/2005 21:47:46]

Hi everybody,

Here we have Avaya CMS and Avaya PDS .... in CMS we can add agent names in the dictionary, so when we run a real-time report, it appears the agent name instead of the agent id used to log in.

I need the same thing in Avaya Campaign Monitor, but I can't find anyway to do that .... I am using Avaya Campaign Director release 4.0, and in the reports, it shows me the user login and an agent ID that is a number generated by the own PDS system.

Does anyone know to make appear an agent name instead of user name?
