At first, I would like to thank you for this very nice and informative website. I am really glad to find such a thing.It looks very professional.
I have got my new permenant job, and that is a call center agent.My company will lauch shortly, and their main aim is to satisfy customers. This is my first experience as a FRONT LINE repersentitve. I have been throagh many courses,and we are still practing, and doing a lot of role plays, but still I need to pracice, as we will be starting shortly.
How can I improve myself? i want to be a really excellent agent, and satisfy both, customers and admin. Is there any way to get real phone calls ( recorded) just for the sake of knowing more, and better.
What advices do you have for a person like me? any small piece of advice will be helpful for me!
