i have been monitoring this site for quite some time and i see lot of people fm india discussing issues ranging fm setting up a call centre to issues related to technologies and products.
i just wanted to know if there are any nodal agencies in India which could provide a single window approach on a turn key basis to the enterprenuers interested in setting up call centres. issues related to the ideal sizes and the kind of monies required could also be provided to enable the enterpreneurs to provide quality services in india.
