Any good aptitude questionaires out there to use for hiring support center agent  [11/10/2001 15:36:58]

I am looking for a tool that would help our center find the right people for the job. Not the typical interview questions, I'm looking for a variety of aptitude tests.

Glad to see you finally made it to the Forum.

how to hire successful employees  [16/11/2001 13:56:46]

Job matching is used to identify which qualified job applicants
look like your best employees in each job. The authors of the book
"First break all the rules, what the world's greatest managers do
differently" make a strong case that what separates the best employees
from the rest is a talent for the job, we call it having a good fit
for the job. The process takes about an hour on the Internet or a pc.
