We use an Aspect CSS IVR. It's a good solid system, but unfortunately the prompt recording facility is bare bones. It doesn't warn you if you are overwriting an existing prompt for example.
So yesterday and today my co-workers were loading new messages for an automated health information library for one of our clients. Unfortunately, one of our OTHER clients was already using one of those prompt#s for their greeting...
So for about an hour, customers calling the client's main Medicare line were hearing a lecture on the necessity of BIRTH CONTROL!!
