Glossary of Terms  [1/12/2006 13:48:50]

I love these spoof definitions (thanks to Greg Levin and ICMI).....can anyone dream up any other good ones?

1.Abandonment...what a call centre manager usually senses after requesting a budget increase.

2. Erlang c...an erlang that isn't good enough to make it into the A or B team.

3.Speech recognition...what call centre conference attendees experience when they realise that they are listening to the same keynote presentation for the third year in a row.

4.Trunk....a good place to hide during a power failure, merger or re-engineering venture.
