Im an entrepreneur and I currently sell ad spots in direct marketing campaigns. I run a small business and currently need to sell 23 ads per week to keep my business running along smoothly. The problem is, I get stuck as I am always working on sales and never have time to expand. 99% of my sales leads are made by me via telephone and then followed up with a meeting.

I've never used a call center before but Id like to hire one for lead generation. Id like them to be US or Canadian and at the very least native english speakers with very smooth and polished english.

Id like to utilize a pay per performance model. Another option would be to pay some kind of up front fee, but Id need a trial run first.

Can anyone recommend a reliable company that will get me leads? My biggest fear is developing a bad name for my company or scaring businesses off who don't understand the callers accents etc so I would like someone from the US.

As well, I am also worried about pouring out money only to see no results, so I need a test run first, or pay per performance. If this works, my business can expand greatly and the call center will obviously be seeing alot more work from me.
