Hi, I'm a Contact Centre Manager of an Inbound Contact Centre and is currently in the midst of migrating my existing Avaya Definity setup (which is EOL)to an Asterisk based setup. We have the Asterisk servers and solution in place and is currently configured as an office setup to evaluate it.

I am currently sourcing around for an CTI/IVR solution to work with Asterisk for my Inbound Team and is currently looking at the AHEEVA CCS as a replacement for my existing IVR/CTI.

Add info, my infra is currently digital and I'm slowly migrating to a wholly ip based set up and the 50 strong team takes an average 9000-1000 calls a day.

I would appreciate any feedback on the AHEEVA CCS and its strong points as well as any weaknesses I should be aware of.
