Ultra Communications should be able to meet your requirement. While it is not something we advertise that we can provide as a stand-alone product, the fully functional IVR platform is just a small part of the in-house technology we use to provide our various hosted services.
Our inbound call centre clients required a completely integrated IVR, with the CTI agent Application of their choice.
Text to Speech and Automatic Speech Recognition from Loquendo, and integrated voice recording are a couple of the more select options.
