We're speaking with Intuit Consulting about their PER product for Aspect. It looks very good. However, I was wondering if any of you have worked with them in the past and would be willing to share your opinions?

Warning - personal bias in the comments below!

I know the guys at Intuit well and have had dealings with, and been friends with, them over several years. The main guys all worked for me at Aspect when I was PS Director in the UK, and they are some of the best technical people I have worked with, especially in the area of CTI and systems integration. I have also been working with them recently with my current company, again in the systems integration / bespoke software development area.

Whilst I cannot comment on the PER product itself, I would highly recommend the company itself and the people who work for it. I have always found them honest, straightforward, innovative and a pleasure to do business with. They have always delivered - and that to me is what counts.

As I said, I am biased as I have known these guys for a long time, but I have no hesitation to recommend them personally.
