Customer satisfaction Surveys  [18/7/2006 14:22:31]

Hiya,

Can you help? We want to launch a customer satisfaction pilot assessing the postive and negative customer experience based on recent calls. We then want to roll this out to an overall CRM satisfaction survey incorporating customer relations calls as well as sales calls.

I want to request info and pilots from several recommended vendors who have completed similar work in a similar field.

Can you suggest anyone who may be willing to fund an inital pilot prior to agreeing the full project roll out?

Thanks

Can possibly suggest someone  [19/7/2006 15:32:10]

Katie,

I could possibly suggest two or three people in the customer survey field if you could give me some more details.

Bit confused about who could fund it though. Wouldn't it be your company who would be funding the whole exercise?

Best,

Rob

A bit after the event but...  [22/11/2006 15:01:38]

Have you considered automated customer surveys? A low cost option so if you have not been able to find a sponsor you may be able to fund it yourselves. Search Google on ‘automated customer surveys’ and you should find several. Most of them can record detailed customer comments that are recorded so you can listen to them online, and will also give you statistical reports. The data can usually be integrated with CRM databases.
