Symposium  [1/6/2006 20:21:54]

I tell you...this Symposium product is going to make me go bald.

So I have a fairly major problem today.

As of yesterday at 230pm NONE of the historical data seems to be being recorded. If I run any reports from 230pm yesterday onwards all reports are blank...as if no calls had come in...

No..I do see calls in the "call by call" report...I also see calls in our MTE system as well (which runs simultaneously with Symposium) and I can (of course) physically see calls being handled.

But...no data...This is super critical for us...super super...I am at a loss, what is going on?

There were no config changes made...nothing I can find in the config....Historical Database still has a tonne of room.

What's going on?

Justin, got me thinking.....  [14/11/2006 13:03:53]

If i run a call by call report, i get no data at all, just NULL. All my historical and real-time reporting functions are fine, any ideas? Like you, i dont have server access, that is with my netwokr Manager. Thankfully, he is very "co-operative"...

Scott

Call by Call  [14/11/2006 14:09:03]

Call by Call by it's nature is extremely weighty on the server so you have to configure it very specifically i.e. what applications it is to monitor.

If nothing is configured there is nothing in the report, your Telephony guys will assist you in setting up if you need something.

I am 90% certain that our server is configured very generally, to capture data for any and all applications..and it does normaly. In this case it was literally a small service (task manager) that stopped working and we had to restart.

I was responding to Scott's comments that he could not see any data in Call by Call.

Sorry, didnt make that clear in my post.
