Scheduling/Workforce Management Tools - any suggestions?  [14/3/2006 21:46:36]

hi all...

My company is looking for a strong workforce management tool. Any suggestions?

I have used Blue Pumpkin in the past, but was wondering if there is a stronger package out there.

Thanks

Workforce Management Tools  [15/3/2006 15:04:22]

Hi,

There are a number of WFM packages on the market, all with very similar functionality, with strengths and weaknesses in different areas.
Key players include Aspect eWFM (old TCS), Witness/Blue Pumpkin, OpenWave, IEX, Q-Max, Genesys WFM.
It really does depend on what you are looking to achieve for the business as to which would be best for you. There is also the other technologies in use to consider from an integration and futureproofing perspective. With respect to your other topic, call recording, I also suggest you do not look at each topic in isolation as there is considerable synergy between the two.
Please feel free to contact me for further information.

Stronger WFM Tools  [6/9/2006 09:59:26]

Hi MS
To shorten the list which Joanne has provided and to add my comments...
I feel Blue Pumpkin, IEX and Teleopti are better softwares than the rest.
It is a personal comment... Not to offend any product.
I have worked on all three of them, and it will e worth considering them for your RFP.
