Web Based, Real-Time Data display from Avaya or Cisco ICM  [21/5/2007 22:34:18]

Does anyone out there know of a web-based application that can receive a real-time feed from an Avaya Definity switch or Cisco ICM and display that data on a webpage?
I'm looking for something that would allow me to make custom screens similar to the Aspect Customview Canvas product, but through a webpage.

I'm not sure about Avaya, but I know there aren't that many solutions out there for ICM. We ended up building our own web application that query Cisco's real time tables directly.
