I'm an experience eWFM user (segment coding, acount balance management, agent information editing, intraday analysis, not forcasting and set up).

I'm going to be training some users who are new to eWFM and it would be helpful to have some materials to use. I don't need info on forcasting and set up. Just simple exception coding, running/understanding reports, and simple agent information editing. Any materials you have would be greatly appreciated.

I could write my own, but don't have the time and patience to do so.
