Who can tell me about the history of Aspect work force management.

Its a new product and I am wondering where it came from, meaning did it come from one of many of the recent mergers, is it a re badged product!

Any info would be appreciated.

Used to be known as TCS which has been about forever.

Take a look at TotalView 3.9, this has everything that TotalView has always had and utilises some database features very similar to TCS/eWFM.
