Aspect vs Multivantage call centre  [8/10/2004 16:20:29]

Hello peeps,

I am in the long process of helping a friend design and implement a Multivantage call centre and at the eleventh hour one of his quite influencial colleagues has reccomended shoosing an aspect instead.

Can anyone offer any pros/cons of the Aspect in comparison to the Multivantage?
