PBX and ACD specifications  [16/5/2003 12:37:15]

Hi friends,

I am in the initaial stages of settingup an outbound 24 seater VOIP based cc.
Now i am having some problems in identifying the components.

like

what kind of PBX and ACD is required?Any specific technical details?
Can anybody suggest some names of PBX & ACD solutions, suppliers?
Which are the most trusted names?
