Aspect eWFM 6.0  [13/12/2002 03:46:10]

We need to have the appserver write data from two different ACDs to two different database files? Per the current configuration, as i understand it, is eWFM writes to only one database.

We are currently able to receive ACD from each instance of the database server and are able to view the data from both instances from one database and break the locations apart in that manner. However, a requirement has been made to write each ACD's data to its own separate database.

Would anyone be able to tell how might this be accomplished?

Sounds a little obvious and so I apologise in advance but have you tried contacting Aspect?

I'm sure there support staff would readily answer your query.

Let me know if you have further difficulties as I may be able to ease the wheels of communication for you.
