Hi Ryan,
I don't know Aspect 6, but do know Aspect 7&8 very well. However I don't understand the question. Do you mean:
- Can you use call the same number twice (at the same time) and use the remote monitoring capability to monitor 2 agents at once? If this is the question, the answer is Yes, definitely.
- Can you call in once and monitor 2 agents at once, both playing at the same time? If this is the question, the answer is only if they are speaking to each other.
If you meant something else, please let me know and I will help however I can.
