Can an Aspect Rel. 6 simultaneously monitor more than 2 agents through DID?

How about Rel. 8?

Hi Ryan,
I don't know Aspect 6, but do know Aspect 7&8 very well. However I don't understand the question. Do you mean:
- Can you use call the same number twice (at the same time) and use the remote monitoring capability to monitor 2 agents at once? If this is the question, the answer is Yes, definitely.
- Can you call in once and monitor 2 agents at once, both playing at the same time? If this is the question, the answer is only if they are speaking to each other.

If you meant something else, please let me know and I will help however I can.

Aspect Monitoring  [4/12/2002 17:28:58]

Two important things about remote monitoring on Aspect:
1) It ties up a Voice Port on the ACD for every monitoring session.
2) To set the number of allowable simultaneous remote monitoring sessions, go to the System Administrator and choose Tools, Management, Operations Detail.
