Being polite (ALL USERS PLEASE READ)  [30/11/2005 18:32:10]

Right all,

This is a polite comment before I and the rest of the team
are forced to discuss how we deal with this in future.

We've had today posted to the Moderators mailbox a question /
comment from a new user.

It seems in response to a technincal question they posed here a
week or so ago they have had a call from a company here in the UK
offering to "discuss" the issue and see if they could help.

This is pushing the spirit of the 'No Advertising' rule and as far
I'm concerned a serious NO NO....

I'm not going to name the guilty party but if they want to own up :-)

That's the last I'm going to say on the matter.

A killer Penguin will be let loose on the next guilty party, or even
worse we'll tie you to a chair and get John to read Rabbie Burns to you
for six hours. (NOTE: This will be without the Glenmorangie insulation
the Scots normally use before listening to Burns).

Fair fa' your honest, sonsie face,
Great chieftain o the
puddin'-race!
Aboon them a' ye tak your place,
Painch, tripe, or thairm

or...

‘Ae dreary, windy, wintry night,
The starts shot down wi’ sklentin light,
Wi you sysel’ I got a fright,
Ayonst the lough;
Ye like a rash bush stood in sight,
Wi’ waving sough.

You have been warned
