We'll shortly be revising what we can offer in terms of premium CallCentreVoice memberships. In the spring we will be introducing a new level of membership - Platinum - and all current Gold-level members (as at the end of February) will be promoted free of charge. Current silver memberships will also be promoted to gold.

We are planning to enrich the features available to members. We'll be adding online articles, avatars, commercial forums, special interest groups and many other features. One of the exciting new developments is that we are planning to include in the Gold and Platinum memberships a free 1Gb fully functional email box, complete with virus-scanning and spam-filters, which will augment the current 'VoiceMail (which will be scaled down as purely an administrative messaging service).
