Hi folks.

As you might have seen from my other post, I've setup a new venture and hope to get it up to speed over the next month or two. In the meantime I'm keen to build relationships with other complimentary websites, perhaps links and so on, and wondered whether anyone has been down this 'web link exchange' process recently, and if so:

(1) Did it work out? - in terms of increased traffic, page rank, visibility to searches and so on;
(2) How did you go about developing the relationships, especially if your site is commercial?
(3) Any tips?
