Come on John, give us a clue.

I got a call a couple of years back from a BBC journalist who wanted to do an expose on CC's, but I told him it was about time that some praise was given to the decent call centres, rather than focusing on the very small percentage of shockers.

So that would be me then?

My first time on TV and it was very interesting - I didn't realise how much recording went into producing such a short piece - the BBC spend a whole day at the Nationwide and over 2 hours with me...all for a piece that lasted less than five minutes and my own just three sentences!

A good experience though and what I thought was a pretty balanced piece on call centres.Three cheers for the ONE show!
