Just a quick note to let you know that we've now implemented the changes that we had planned for CallCentreVoice and we're now working with version 1.12 of the 'Voice engine, which will allow us to offer selected organisations their own private forums within this community.

Since we've had to change quite a lot of the underlying architecture, you may find that (if you use them) your cookies may not automatically log you in the first time you visit after these changes. If this applies to you, simply login using the normal method with the username and password which you used for registration.

You will find this on any member emails we have sent to you, and in the original confirmation email that we sent out to you. If you've lost these emails, please let us know.
