Manual Outbound Dialling  [17/6/2010 10:06:15]

Hi

I am setting up a small Outbound calling Pilot within a Travel Company and just wondered if all the same legislation regarding abandoned calls and CLI's etc are still applicable without a dialler system.

I am from a dialler background but as this is only a small pilot of approx 4 staff manually dialling I wondered if there was any difference
