Contact centre agents - is your voice being heard?  [17/4/2008 15:18:18]

YouGov, the independent market research consultancy, has been commissioned to carry out an online survey about the working lives of UK contact centre workers, particularly focusing on the impact of contact centre technology. The results will be publicised at contact centre industry events and seminars from June 2008 onwards.
We want to hear the views and opinions of as many contact centre agents as possible. The only criteria for agents to qualify for the survey are that they must spend some of their working day on the telephone dealing with customers, and the UK contact centre they work in must have at least 50 seats.

What’s in it for you? Your voice will be heard! Also you will be eligible to receive a summary of the research report. Additionally, since you will need to complete the YouGov registration survey before being able to take the contact centre survey, you will be entered into 2 separate prize draws ; one with a top prize of £1000 (for completing the YouGov registration process), the other with a top prize of £500 of Virgin Experience vouchers (for completing the contact centre survey). In total, across the two draws there are 30 prizes to be won.
Field work ends on 5th May, so please take part as soon as possible. To initiate the survey process paste this link into your browser: http://www.yougov.com/recruitment/01
The link contains further information about the survey and tells you what to do next to get into the contact centre survey.

Thanks for your help on this.
