Outbound Dialing regulations per timezone (guardtimes)  [31/3/2008 18:35:34]

Is there a nice easy website that lists the earliest times an outbound system can dial different states/provinces in North America?

I've gotten off of some of the most infuriating IVR's trying to find this information, you'd think it would be easily available.

Provincial Dialing Times  [31/3/2008 19:21:14]

Regulations are set by each province in Canada. The Newfoundland department responsible used to be consumer & Corporate affairs; not sure if they changed the name.

CRTC Telemarketing rules  [8/4/2008 21:49:43]

Hi Justin. I stumbled upon this when looking for something else. Hope it helps.

"Telephone Calls:

Calling hours are restricted to weekdays (Monday to Friday) between 9:00 AM and 9:30 PM and weekends (Saturday and Sunday) between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Restrictions hours refer to the time zone of the customer receiving the telephone calls. "
