Can I suggest we give this fella a forum all of his own.

While I would have preferred he posts one at a time and solicit ongoing feedback there is nothing wrong, per sei, with his postings.

Maybe he could outsource his replies to Vertex?

I had an interesting idea a while back: a service where outsourcing agents, for a nominal fee, could outsource their own calls to an different centre. I think there would be a market there.

As for the flood, my apologies. I debated doing it on one thread, but I thought it would be easier for people to comment on a specific article if I split them up. What can I say? I'm new.
