Writer Seeking Trade Publications  [12/3/2008 22:29:15]

Do any of you subscribe to call centre trade publications? If so, which ones? Are they electronic or print?

I currently receive a few electronic ones, none of which are very good. ICMI was good before they dumped print and went electronic. Most of the publications out there seem to be nothing more than positive product review for their advertizers, like Avaya.

Recently came across a site - www.callcentrehelper.com - which is heavily sponsored by vendors but contains some interesting articles........

Oops, hit the button too quick!  [14/3/2008 16:50:18]

The reason for mentioning callcentrehelper is that they include their Top 10 call centre related websites, including a very interesting US blog site which is quite amusing. I think you can find this under the LIFE section.

Hope this helps.
Dave
